Ellsworth Europe brings together its Fisnar Inc., KitPackers, ResinLabs and Gluedots brands during this exhibition.
At Southern Manufacturing 2012, Ellsworth Europe will highlight a range of fluid dispensing technologies and its robotic dispensing automation systems such as Fisnar’s newly-released UNITOP™ F5200N. The F5200N is ideal for form-in-place gaskets, adhesives, potting, coating and filling. The robot comprises a control module, a teach-pendant and an articulated-gantry. The F5200N has a working area of 8” x 8” (200 x 200mm) with a resolution accuracy of 0.001mm. Using the teach pendant, the dispensing robot supports Fisnar’s industry-leading dispensing software and can store and retrieve up to 100 programs (400,000 points).
KitPackers adhesive packaging products are available in a variety of formats for repackaging and can be selected from the many KitPackers options. Ratio-Paks, Duo-Paks, Techkits and single component cartridges are the most popular for large volume users. Other formats such as foil tubes, Twin-Pak, Mono-Pak, cans and jars are available for select applications and products. KitPackers prides itself on excellence and quality control testing and inspection are standard practices for adhesive packaging orders. KitPackers also specialise in Field Repair Kits.
Resinlab offers a complete line of Resin formulations for electrical potting and general bonding. Their specialty is custom-formulating to meet a customer's specific needs. ResinLab are also experts at contract blending of a customer's in-house formulations. The majority of formulations are designed for and available in cartridge systems for easy dispensing.
