EVS International, the leader in solder recovery has announced that its distributor Upton Australia is to exhibit the EVS 7000 at Stand B24 at Electronex. This event is scheduled to take place 7-9 September 2010 at the Australian Technology Park in Everleigh, Sydney, Australia.
Electronex is a new electronics industry expo involving a dedicated industry trade show and technical conference and is being organized by Australian Exhibitions and Events (AEE) and the Surface Mount and Circuit Board Association (SMCBA)
Following the recent, successful distributor agreement between EVS International and Upton Australia, the EVS 7000 will be exhibited on Upton Australia’s stand B24. The system offers the benefit of a rapid return on investment by recovering 50-70 percent pure solder from dross, with savings of up to 50 percent in solder costs. It will reduce dross off site by up to 70 percent, while reducing de-drossing time by up to 70 percent.
The system provides a self-contained process to reduce the handling of dross and uses no chemicals or additives. The EVS Solder Recovery System range will help a company to attain and retain ISO14001 accreditation; with the added benefit of improving wave solder machine effectiveness. These new solutions follow on the heels of EVS International’s highly successful EVS 1000, which gained global approval with multiple industry awards, including “Product of the Year” at the most recent Productronica.
Upton Australia is a leading supplier of soldering equipment to the electronics industry. Upton Australia are located in Melbourne, Victoria and represent many international brands.
