Elisangela brings a great deal of experience in planning international trade fairs and has worked for German, British, Dutch, American, Brazilian and Chilean multinational companies. Prior to joining the trade fair industry, Dahlke held the position of Business Development Manager at Gulf Spec in Dubai, U.A.E., where she managed accounts and handled all business-related issues.

Dahlke holds a BA in International Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, Germany, and a Professional Certificate in Marketing (CIM) from the Oxford College of Marketing in London, England. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and German.
