Kyzen Corporation, a world leading provider of environmentally responsible precision cleaning products for the electronics and high-technology manufacturing operations, announces that it will exhibit MICRONOX® MX2628 Aqueous Cleaner for Advanced Packaging in booth 7514 on Level 1 of the West Hall at the upcoming SEMICON West 2008 exhibition, scheduled to take place July 15-17, 2008, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

A versatile aqueous chemistry that can be used in batch or in-line cleaning machines, MX2628 is designed to clean the latest lead-free flux materials from advanced packaging while providing brilliant mirrored solder finishes.

MICRONOX® MX2628 is environmentally friendly, has a long tank life and is safe for multiple pass applications. Because it runs at low concentrations and low temperatures, MX2628 provides consistent results and low cost of ownership.

MX2628 has proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes. Additionally, the cleaner is a biodegradable low VOC aqueous solution, and contains no CFCs or HAPs.

All ingredients are TSCA listed. It is a non-flammable, non-corrosive liquid and can ship via ground, ocean or air. Packaged in polyethylene containers, MICRONOX® MX2628, with the seal unbroken, has a suggested shelf life of five years from date of manufacture in containers of five gallons or more.

MICRONOX® MX2628 is available in one-, five- and 55-gallon containers.
